Step 3: Passengers

Add passenger information and select optional services. You will need passport details for every passenger.

How and when will I get my tickets?

We will send a receipt to your email address. Your final booking confirmation - the e-ticket - will be sent to your email address 45 days before departure (60 days before departure for "Allegro" trains). If you are booking less than 45 days before departure, your booking confirmation will be sent to you within one business day. Paper tickets will be delivered to the address that you provided during reservation.

Can tickets be modified?

Tickets cannot be modified, but they can be canceled and new tickets can be issued. Unless you have included optional modification insurance, there will be a fee for cancelling tickets.
