Monthly invoicing for organizations and agents
If you work for an agency or an organization that books multiple train tickets, you can activate your account for monthly invoicing. This will simplify the entire booking process as you will be able to book tickets without immediate credit card payment. This will also save you 2% when you pay monthly invoices by bank wire. And, this will also make your accounting department happy.
How to Book
Once your account has been activated for monthly invoicing, you will see a Green button on third step of reservation process where you enter passenger details.
Tip: If you don't see the Green button, you probably did not sign in to your account.
How to Pay
When you make reservations, we will create an invoice for each order and display it in the Client Area under invoices tab. At the end of each month, we will combine those invoices into one for your convenience and send you a reminder to pay it. If you activated multiple users to make reservations on our website, we will issue a combined invoice to the account that you specify as primary. Your monthly invoice can be paid by credit card, PayPal, bank wire or online check (US only).
How to Save
You can save by paying your invoice with bank wire or check. When you pay with these two options avaialble exclusively for accounts activated for monthly invoicing, you do not need to pay 2% convenience fee which is present when paying by credit card or PayPal.
High-volume organizations which book 100 tickets or more per year can request activate commission feature and earn 10% commission of total order price. Commission is paid on a monthly basis. To learn more about our commission feature please contact our customer service.
