How to use my ticket?’’


If you purchased an electronic ticket, you will receive an email with your ticket in PDF format. You can print it and take it with you on a trip or show it to a car attendant on your mobile phone or any other gadget. Do not forget to download a PDF ticket, screenshots are not allowed. Documents which you should show while boarding if the electronic registration was passed:

  • passport (or any ID, which was mentioned in the ticket details);
  • e-ticket (we strongly recommend to print it).

Documents which you should show while boarding if electronic registration wasn't passed:

  • passport (or any ID, which was mentioned in the ticket details);
  • boarding pass (you should change your e-ticket on this boarding pass at the railway ticket office).
    Note: If you purchased a paper ticket, you will have to collect an original copy of the ticket that we've purchased for you before boarding the train. Read more about using paper tickets


    Can I use a copy/notarially attested copy of my passport to board the train?’’


    According to the Russian Railways terms, the original identification document is required to board the train. Any copy cannot be accepted instead of the original document.
