Children 5 years old or younger
Children 5 years old or younger can travel free if they do not occupy a separate bed or seat. Children older than 5 must have a separate seat or bed. If they occupy their own bed or seat, you will need to purchase a separate ticket with a 50% discount.
How to obtain discount: place your reservation for adult travelers on this website. Once your reservation has been placed you will receive two emails, sales receipt and reservation confirmation. Please respond to any of these emails informing us that you would like to add your child on the ticket and provide your child's full name.
Discount of 50% is available for children 10 or younger.
How to obtain this discount: place your reservation on this website for all travelers, including your child at the regular rate. When you receive an email from us with sales receipt or booking confirmation, please respond to that email requesting a 50% discount for your child. This refund will be issued back to your credit card.
Senior travelers can receive a discount of 30% on select international routes, such as Helsinki - St. Petersburg. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer senior discounts on domestic Russian trains due to policies of Russian Railways.
Regardless of what train you book - domestic or international - and, regardless of your age, you will receive additional discount in the form of award points. We credit about 1/3 of our profit to your account with our company and you can use these points to purchase any of our services in the future, from hotel reservations to guided tours, from airport taxis to Russian visas.
