We booked train tickets St. Petersburg-Moscow with your company, and I would recommend it to everyone!! It was easy to book through the website, the tickets were delivered to our hotel on our arrival (as suddenly e-tickets were not available and you company immediately organized an alternative solution for us), there was a clear note to explain where in the train we were seated, all superb! Even though your service is clearly new, it worked without a problem... The conductors all had printouts against which they could check my e-ticket. And it of course is much more convenient than going to the train station (twice) or a travel agent then the station.
